Healthy eating

Good food is the way to good health. You are what you eat after all. Wherever possible we try to eat local food with few or no additives. Fortunately more people are becoming aware of the importance of a quality diet and so there are plenty of options for the choosy eaters.

Working with rhubarb
Working with rhubarb
Melisa made this fantastic rhubarb crumble.
I'm not sure what else went into it but it looks as good as it tastes.
