Our location

We are located 42.4 degrees south at 160 meters elevation and 18 kilometres inland. Yearly rainfall approximately 1000 millimetres with winter temperatures getting down as low as -5 centigrade. Cold air drains well from the land, being in a sloping valley. Our climate is moderated to the south by a 600 meter mountain.
